Range:
  • Emergency Response Coordinator

    (Specific to AFL)

    This hands on course is designed to introduce participants to the basic knowledge and skills of how to prevent and manage injuries on and off the field. These skills include the immediate injury management of sporting injuries, concussion management and transporting an injured athlete specifically for Australian Rules Football.

  • Club Injury Management Course

    (Sports other then AFL)

    This sports specific course has been designed for volunteers who are involved with sporting teams and wish to expand their knowledge of injury Management. This practical course will introduce participants to the basic skills of injury management, sports taping and transporting an injured athlete and is the perfect introduction for those wishing to move towards a Level 1 Sports Trainer Accreditation.

  • Concussion in Sport

    The incidence of concussion is one of the most prevalent injuries in sports today. This one hour workshop will increase your clubs understanding of recognising the signs and symptoms, management guidelines and return to play protocol.

  • Drugs in Sport

    Do your members have an understanding of issues surrounding drugs in sport and the effects on athletes? This workshop looks at current cases of doping, the ethical issues of drugs in sport as well as information provided by ASADA and WADA for athletes.

  • Basic Life Support (CPR)

    This hands-on workshop will teach participants Basic Life Support (CPR) plus how to use a defibrillator. We can conduct this at your venue, at a time convenient to you and your club members.


  • Injury Prevention & Management workshop

    This workshop aims to develop awareness of the current proven methods for injury prevention in sport as well as the skills for the immediate effective management of minor to moderate injuries.

  • Taping Workshop for Clubs

    Preventative taping of joints can help reduce the recurrance of injury by as much as 60%. This fun and practical workshop focuses on the skills required to be able to tape ankles, thumb and fingers to help prevent sporting injuries.

  • Nutrition & Hydration workshop

    Discover the best foods to eat pre, during and post exercise for optimum performance and recover.
